The 2025 U.S. Open comes to an end on Sunday with the final round at historic Oakmont. Full U.S. Open tee times for Sunday’s final round won’t be determined until after the end of Round 3. Once they are released, they will be reproduced at the bottom of this post. Until then, we can make a good estimation of what the Sunday tee times will be.
Predicting Round 4 tee times
We won’t know final-round tee times for the U.S. Open until the third round is over Saturday night. This is because weekend U.S. Open tee times are determined based on leaderboard position after Round 3.
Once play is offciailly complete on Saturday evening, players will be re-organized into new pairings for Sunday’s final round. The leaders will tee off last on Sunday in the afternoon around 2:30 p.m. ET. The players at the bottom of the leaderboard will open the action at Oakmont Sunday morning around 7:30 a.m. ET.
Only then will we found out what the offical Sunday tee times will be. However, we can look to the past to make an estimation of when they’ll tee off.
Golf Betting Insight: Brooks Koepka’s Potential Rise in the U.S. Open
Sam Burns is the favorite heading into the weekend at Oakmont, showcasing impressive putting skills. Despite struggles in total driving, his strong performance could lead to a top-five finish if he improves his driving accuracy. Can he hold on to his lead?
On Sunday at the 2024 U.S. Open, Seonghyeon Kim and Gunnar Broin teed off first at 7:30 a.m. ET. Bryson DeChambeau and Matthieu Pavon shared the final pairing, teeing off at 2:21 p.m. ET.
We can expect Sunday tee times for this year’s U.S. Open to fall into a similar window.
You can watch Sunday’s final round of the U.S. Open from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. ET on USA, and then 12-7 p.m. ET on NBC. Round 4 featured group coverage can be found via Peacock, USOpen.com and the USGA app.
