2025 RBC Canadian Open Thursday tee times: Round 1 groupings

The 2025 RBC Canadian Open begins Thursday, June 5, with the opening round at TPC Toronto. You can find full Canadian Open tee times for Thursday’s first round at the bottom of this post.

Featured tee time for Round 1

Heading into Canada’s national championship, World No. 2 Rory McIlroy is playing some of the best golf of his career. He already has three big wins this PGA Tour season, none bigger than the 2025 Masters. But he’s also won two RBC Canadian Open titles in his career.

On Thursday at TPC Toronto, McIlroy will begin his quest for Canadian Open win No. 3, before he heads to Oakmont next week for the 2025 U.S. Open, the third major of the year. There, Rory will fight for his sixth-career major title.

McIlroy tees off for the opening round on Thursday at 7:40 a.m. ET alongside Ludvig Åberg and Luke Clanton.
